Blobfish are unlocked by completing Blobbos' questline in Cocoa Tunnels, the map containing Choccies.
Trapping Blobfish
The fastest and easiest way to level up trapping is to use the Nature Trap and place it down. When collecting the trapped items, use the Alchemy bubble for one trap to increase your yield. Make sure to collect the items while using the Hunter skill for maximum efficiency.
Blobfish can be trapped anywhere in Cocoa Tunnels, so simply place your Nature Trap in a convenient location and wait for them to spawn.
