Tottenham Hotspur took the lead in the 12th minute through Richarlison. The Brazilian forward was on hand to tap home from close range after Harry Kane's shot had been saved by Wayne Hennessey.

Forest equalized in the 25th minute through Brennan Johnson. The young forward latched on to a long ball from Cooper and fired past Hugo Lloris.

Tottenham regained the lead in the 35th minute through Dejan Kulusevski. The Swedish winger cut inside from the right and unleashed a powerful shot into the top corner.

Tottenham sealed the victory in the 73rd minute through Richarlison. The Brazilian forward scored with a cool finish after being played in by Kane.
